This home built in 2009 was renovated with some additional living space added on to create a larger kitchen with a dedicated pantry room. The laundry room was increased by using space from an underutilized den. The entry and stairway was updated with a wall separating the main living area, creating a private entry to the home. With the addition, a dedicated dining area was created. The master suite bedroom and closet space were increased with the addition, while the master bathroom was given more space with the removal of a seldom used soaking tub. A third full bathroom was added to a bedroom's alcove space, creating an ensuite guest bedroom.
